This Public Interest Litigation has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to release 75% amount (Rs. 318.14 Lakh) sanctioned pursuant to Government Order dated 28.03.2018. 2. Submissions have been made that under the Pradhan Mantri Anusuchit Jaati Abhyuday Yojana ('PM-AJAY'), a sum of Rs. 422.64 lakh was sanctioned on 28.03.2018 for various works to be undertaken in the Village in question, however, out of the said amount, only 25% of the amount was disbursed, which has been utilized and rest of the amount has not been disbursed and therefore, the respondents be directed to disburse the said amount. 3.
