This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking to question the appointment of Brijesh Kumar Shukla and Janardan Singh as Class IV employees of respondent No. 5 and 6, intermediate college, respectively. 2. It is settled that challenge to appointments, which falls in the category of service matter, a petition, purportedly in public interest, cannot be maintained. 3. Further, the petitioner has not cared even to implead the said Brijesh Kumar Shukla and Janardan Singh as party to the petition. 4. The petition is pending since 11.03.2013 and on the first date itself, no one appeared. 5. In that view of the matter, no case for entertaining the PIL is made out, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
