By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties for removal of encroachment over the public utility land bearing Gata No.21- Kha measuring 0.1070 Hectares situated in Village Dasauli, Tehsil- Sohawal, District- Ayodhya, which is recorded as Khad Gaddha. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by S.D.M., Sohawal, Ayodhya, the learned State Counsel has submitted that Gata No.217 is a Minjumla Gata. Gata No.217- Ka/1.9250 Hectare is recorded as Abadi and Gata No.217- Kha is recorded as Khad Gaddha (manure pit).
