Petitioner's counsel says that there was a Nali existing in the Abadi which got destroyed as a result of which the water flows into the nearby houses thereby making life unhygienic for the residents. 3. Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Gram Panchyat accepts the fact that Nalis are constructed by the Gram Pradhan under Section 15 of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. 4. Let the Gram Panchayat i.e. opposite party no.6 look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. If any assistance is required from the revenue authorities, the same shall be provided. If nothing happens within six weeks, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (Rajeev Bharti,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
