The petitioner has filed this petition styled as a public interest litigation seeking, interalia, the relief of debarring opposite party no.10 from participation in the auction to be held on 24.10.2025 for settling of fishery rights pertaining to a pond situated in Village-Kaimaspur, Tehsil-Kadipur, District-Sultanpur. Petitioner is resident of the same village. It is alleged that members of the said Co-operative Society are of the same family which is prohibited under the model by-laws of the Fishery Department. Learned Addl. C.S.C, however, says that if the family members are residing separately then that clause may not apply. 3.
