The other land reference to which has been made by the counsel for the petitioner bearing Gata No. 195 as informed is also similar land. If the Revenue authorities are proceeding to settle the said land for exercise of fishery rights as per law, then how a PIL would be maintainable in such a matter is inexplicable. 3.
