Heard Shri Vijayendra Prakash Tripathi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Vikas Rai, the learned State Counsel and Shri Pankaj Gupta, the learned counsel for Gaon Sabha. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the Administrative Authorities for removal of illegal encroachment made on land bearing Gata Nos.857 which is recorded as Rasta and 879 which is recorded as Naveen Parti in the revenue records. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Tulsipur, Balrampur, the learned State Counsel has submitted that regarding the aforesaid land bearing Gata Nos.857 and 879 proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 have already been instituted. A copy of the instructions is
