Heard Shri Ashutosh Misra, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Alok Srivastava, the learned Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. and Shri Pankaj Gupta, the learned counsel for Gaon Sabha. 2. By means of the instant petition filed under public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the Administrative Authorities for removal of illegal encroachment made on public utility lands situated in Village- Jagdishpur Baldi, Pargana- Gonda, Tehsil Karnailganj, District- Gonda. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Karnailganj, Gonda, the learned Standing Counsel has informed that there is no encroachment on land bearing Gata Nos.202, 347, 507, 506 and 560.
