However, Ms. Anupama Singh, learned Additional C.S.C. has instructions from the B.D.O. that the opposite party no. 9 is performing her duties, but the Gram Pradhan is not paying her salary. Notice has been issued to the Gram Pradhan in this regard, but he has not paid the remuneration of the opposite party no. 5. 4.
