By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of mandamus for removal of encroachment of land bearing gata No.150 measuring area 0.0017 hectares situated in village Asthana, Tehsil Milkipur, District- Ayodhya. 3. On the basis of written instruction as provided by the SDM, Milkipur, Ayodhya, the learned State Counsel has informed the Court that a civil suit regarding the land in question has already been subjudice and, therefore, the administrative authorities cannot take any action during pendency of the civil suit. 4.
