Heard Shri Mulayam Singh Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rahul Shukla, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought direction for issuance of a direction to the respondents to remove illegal encroachment from the public utility land bearing Gata Nos.123, 135, 137, 136 and 362 situated in Village- Dulampur, Gonda. 3. On the basis of written instructions, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 have already been instituted for removal of encroachment on the aforesaid land. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off by directing that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 shall be decided expeditiously in
