The learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the instant writ petition praying for a direction for removal of encroachment the authorities have taken action and the encroachment has already been removed and that the petitioner's grievance does not survive any more. 3. The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State has received instructions to the same effect, a copy whereof has been provided to the court, which is kept on record. 4.
