He wants to press only relief no.(iii). 3. Relief No.(iii) reads as under:- "III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to commanding to the opposite parties to prepare fair voter list in the state of U.P. as per guidelines issued by opposite party no.03, in the interest of justice." 4. There cannot be any presumption that voter list would not be prepared fairly. We cannot possibly issue any such omnibus direction without there being a specific case made out about any unfairness.
