As per the counter affidavit dated 20.4.2017, on inquiry it was found that work of construction of the value of Rs. 69887/- had not been got done by the opposite party no. 4. i.e., the Headmaster of Primary School, Shadipur Kotwa, Block- Deeh, District- Raebareli. Accordingly, notice was issued given to him for depositing the said amount within a period of one week, failing which the said amount would be deducted from his salary. 3. Shri Nishant Shukla, learned Additional C.S.C. says that the recovery has already been effected. No rejoinder affidavit has been filed and teaching work is going on in the primary school. 4.
