Heard Shri Sanjai Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner sand Shri Anil Kumar Kushwaha, the learned State Counsel. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, five petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 for taking action against the respondent No.6 - Matra Bhumi Creation Private Ltd. through Director Ajai Singh, who has purchased the land bearing gata no.2296 Kha Minjumla measuring 0.253 Hectares situated in Village- Salempur, Pargana and Tehsil Mohanlalganj, District- Lucknow for a person belonging to Scheduled Caste without obtaining requisite permission. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent No.6 is Bhoo Mafia against whom the petitioners have no private grudge and th
