By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove encroachment over land bearing Gata No.745 measuring 0.051 hectare situated in Gaon Sabha Amarai Gaon, Pargana & Tehsil Rudauli, District Ayodhya, which is recorded as banjar in the revenue records. 3. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Case No.6441 of 2022 was filed by Gaon Sabha before the Tehsildar Rudauli, Ayodhya under Section 67 of U.P.
