The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners under 2023. 2. The learned ASJ by the impugned order framed charges against the petitioners in CRL.REV. P. 311/2023 for the offence under Section 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (‘POCSO Act’). The learned ASJ by the impugned order also issued notice to the petitioner school in CRL.REV. P. 322/2023 to ascertain as to how did they gain possession of the statement of the victim under Section 161 of the CrPC. 3. The brief facts are that on 25.04.2022, the complainant/mother of the prosecutrix had picked her daughters
