The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions for quashing/setting aside the order dated 24th July, 2024 issued by the Deputy Director, Delhi Development Authority (“DDA”), Commercial Estate Branch and for issuance of directions to respondent no. 1 to grant Veterinary License to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been engaged in the business of selling Fish/Chicken and Mutton in the shop located at Fruit, Vegetable and Fish Market at Dabri Mor Pocket 20C, Palam Road, New Delhi. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner is the legal owner of the thara/unit/stall No. 24 vide Agreement to Sell and Purchase dated 06th August, 2020, executed by Shri. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 09th September, 2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 3595/2025, titled as “Kalyan Pratap Singh Versus Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Anr.” and other connected matters, and submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the said order.
