Though this matter was argued yesterday for some time, today, Dr. Venkat Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants submits, on instructions, that the appellants would not use the impugned diagrams Nos 13145, 13146, 14613, 14614, 5720, 8605, 8604, 12683, 12740, 2759, 12717, 12791, 10108 and 21166 in any manner during the currency of the suit pending before the learned Single Judge. 2. In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that we need not enter into the merits of the present appeal. 3. We, therefore, clo
