This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 18.07.2003 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. 2914/2002, titled Prakash Chand. v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors., dismissing the said O.A., filed by the petitioner herein. 2.
