This petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, concerns the petitioner’s request for transfer of his services from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women [“IGDTUW”], to the respondent – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University [“GGSIPU”], by which he claims to have been originally employed.
