First Bail Application under Section 482 read with Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “BNSS”) has been filed on behalf of the Applicant Neetu Rathaur for grant of Anticipatory bail in case FIR No.358/2025 dated 27.06.2025 under Sections 80(2), 85 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “BNS”) registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, Delhi. 2. It is submitted that the Applicant is a 32 years old lady and a mother of two minor children. She has no prior criminal antecedents.
