JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR OHRI JUDGMENT 1. The appellant having convicted by the Court of Sessions in context of FIR No. 182/2016 registered under Sections 307/392/394/397/342/411 IPC at P.S. Nangloi, seeks to assail the judgment of conviction dated 03.06.2024 whereby he has been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 307/342/392/397 IPC as well as order on sentence dated 24.07.2024 whereby he has been sentenced as under:- “1) For offence under section 307 IPC: The convict is sentence to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years and fine of Rs.5000/-, in default of payment of fine, the convict shall further undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 10 days. 2) For offence under section 342 IPC: The convict is sentence to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 1 year and fine of Rs.1000/-, in default of payment of fine, the convict shall further undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 1 day.
