Briefly stated, the facts in which this petition arises are that the State Bank of India/respondent no. 4 (SBI) issued an advertisement dated 30.08.2014 bearing no. CRPD/PO/AB/2014-15/04 (“the Advertisement'') for ‘Recruitment of Probationary Officers in the Associate Banks of the State Bank of India’. A similar advertisement was also issued by the SBI for ‘Recruitment of Probationary Officers in State Bank of India’ on 05.04.2014. 3. The petition
