In this case, the reports of the DME2 and the RME3 differ from each other, in so far as the skin condition from which the petitioner is stated to be suffering is concerned. Moreover, it does not appear that either of the Boards includes a qualified Dermatologist. 3. In these circumstances, we had suggested to the respondent that we could dispose of the matter by directing the petitioner to be examined by a Dermatologist who would give her qualified opinion as to whether the petitioner actually suffers from any debilitating skin condition. 4. Ms. Majid, learned CGSC, on instructions, is agreeable to a disposal of this petition with a direction that the petitioner be examined by a qualified Dermatologist in the Army Research and Referral Hospital. 5.
