The present Appeal, filed under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [“CPC”] read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1996, assails the correctness of the Order dated 08.12.2023 [“Impugned Order”] passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(OS) 637/2021, titled “Karishma Oberoi v.
