The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - “(i) issue an order of Certiorari calling for the records of the Respondents relating to the petitioners and after hearing the petitioners, the order dated 28-4-1995 passed u/s 7(1) of the SAFEM FOP by Respondent No.3 be set aside and also the combined order passed u/s 12 of the SAFEM FOP by Respondent No.2 in F.P.A. Nos. 75/DLI/96, 55/DLI/96, 56/DLI/56 and 160/79-80 dated 20-11- 1996 be also quashed.
