The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with respect to the catering stall, i.e., General Minor Unit (“GMU”) at PF-01 (Unit No. 136/2019, CNB/D-01/01/19) of Kanpur Railway Station. 2. It is submitted that the Letter of Allotment dated 24th June, 2020 was issued by the Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, North Central Railway, Prayagraj, by way of which, the said catering stall was allotted in favour of the petitioner for five years, which was valid for the period of 25th October, 2020 to 24th October, 2025. 3.
