This appeal has been preferred against an ex parte ad interim order dated 8 September 2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Courts), South East, Saket1, on an application filed by the respondent-plaintiff under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the 1 “the learned Commercial Court” hereinafter 2.
