The present Appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 1 , read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 2 , assailing the Judgment and Decree dated 19.11.20223 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi4, in HMA No. 11/2012 1 FC Act 2 HMA 3 Impugned Judgement 4 Family Court 2. By the Impugned Judgment, the learned Family Court allowed the petition filed by the Respondent-Husband under Section 13(1)(ia) of the HMA, holding that the ground of cruelty stood proved, and consequently, a decree of divorc
