The petitioner was a candidate for employment as an Engineering Executive Trainee (Civil) in NTPC Limited [“NTPC”] through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, 2024, pursuant to an advertisement dated 25.01.2025. He has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking further time to undergo pre- employment medical examination and join the post.
