The Petitioner has approached this Court under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Arbitration Act”], challenging the Award dated 30.01.2018 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator [“Impugned Award”]. 2. By way of the Impugned Award, the learned Sole Arbitrator has partly allowed the claims filed by the Respondent, who was the Claimant before the arbitral tribunal as well as some counter-claims filed by the Petitioner, who was the Respondent/Counter-Claimant before the arbitral tribunal. 3.
