This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 895/2019, titled Gursharan Singh v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors., whereby the O.A. filed by the respondent was allowed, with the following directions: “15. The pay slip of the applicant for the month of December 2012 which forms part of Annexure A-1 colly is quashed and set aside and the pay of the applicant as he enjoyed prior to this, stands restored. 16. Pursuant to these directions, the terminal dues of the applicant on his retirement, including but not restricted to pension, shall be revised and awarded in his favour. 17. Accordingly, the respondents shall release him his financial dues upon such a revision as expeditiously as possible, in no case later than a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 18.
