Begumpur. The appellant further seeks setting aside of the consequential order on sentence dated 07.10.2024, whereby he has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 5 years along with a fine of Rs.10,000/-, and in default of payment of fine, to further undergo simple imprisonment for 6 months.
