Mr. Ravi Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that post confirmation petitions, submitted by the petitioner on 28 May 2025, followed by a reminder dated 19 July 2025, a legal notice dated 21 July 2025 and a further post-confirmation petition dated 8 August 2025 are all pending with the respondents. 3. Mr. Amit, Assistant Commandant, Law Officer on behalf of the Border Security Force submits that the respondents would take a decision on the petitioner’s pending post-confirmation petition and representation within a period of four weeks from today. 4. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent in terms of the aforesaid undertakings given by Assistant Commandant, Mr. Amit. 5.
