This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.2613/2022, titled Nadeem v. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) & Ors., allowing the O.A. filed by the respondent no.1 herein, with the following directions: “6.3.
