JUSTICE TUSHAR RAO GEDELA JUDGMENT TUSHAR RAO GEDELA, J. 1. Present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the judgement dated 08.01.2024 of this Court in W.P(C) 10621/2017 titled “Sh. Ashish Jain & Anr. vs. Delhi Development Authority”, wherein the learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition by directing the appellant/DDA to sanction the building plan with respect to the plot no. ‘B’, measuring 2212 sq. mtrs. Block CC, Road No. 44, Pitampura, Delhi i.e., two level parking with 25% commercial component alongwith quashing the speaking 2018. 2. Briefly, facts as culled out from the appeal and germane to decide the lis are as under:- a) The Screening Committee of
