Investigation of Case Crime No.357 of 2013 lodged at police station Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur under Section 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3, 4 Dowry Prohibition Act was sought by this petition, which was filed in 2013. We are now in the year 2025. The petitioner is himself an informant, therefore, he was a person aggrieved, but somehow this petition was treated as Public Interest Litigation and treated accordingly. In any case the investigation must have been completed by now, therefore, we see no reason to proceed any further in this matter. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. (Rajeev Bharti,J.)
