The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.04.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 322 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 34 and 120B IPC, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh, learned State Law Officer appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3. After some length of arguments, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State informs the Court that the investigation has been completed, charge-sheet has also been filed against the accused persons on 23.06.2025 as Charge Sheet No. 337 of 2025 and cognizance has already been taken by the concerned court.
