The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report No. 93 of 2025, dated 13.03.2025, under Sections 118, 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 127(2), 308(2), 308(5), 308, 115 and 151 B.N.S., Police Station Farah, District Mathura. 2. Heard Mr. Sitaram Patel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly apprised the Court that a charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioners on 30.05.2025. He further submits that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail other remedy available to them under the law. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the petition but has no objection
