The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following reliefs:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 27.2.2025 registered in to stay the arrest of the petitioners in Case Crime No. 0077 of 2025 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur lodged by respondent no.4. 2. Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that in the instant matter, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed on 2.5.2025.
