The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 04.03.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 64 of 2025, under Sections 87, 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Didarganja, District Azamgarh and further seeking a direction to the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the impugned FIR. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3.
