The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0118 of 2025, under Sections 69 and 351 of B.N.S., Police Station-Badaut, District-Baghpat and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in the instant matter, charge sheet has been filed and the cognizance has already been taken by the court concerned. He further prayed and submitted that in view of the aforesaid the instant writ petition may be disposed of. 4.
