The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 12.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0049 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) 191 (2) of B.N.S. 2023 and 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s), 3 (2) (va) of SC/St Act, Police Station- Jamunapar, District-Mathura and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3.
