Although, the prayer made in this writ petition is to quash the First Information Report dated 25.9.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.541 of 20 25, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 3(1)Da, 3(1)Dha, 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station - Cantt., District - Varanasi but at the time when the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioners confines his relief to grant of protection under section 35 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. 3.
