The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.06.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 68 of 2025, under Section 61(2), 70(2), 127(4), 318(3), 351(3), 352 B.N.S. and Section 5/6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offices Act, 2012, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Aligarh and commanding the respondents not to arrest petitioner in the aforesaid case crime. 2.
