The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 11.09.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0580 of 2025, under Section 75 of B.N.S., Police Station- Sikandara, District-Agra and for a direction to the respondent no. 2 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the aforesaid impugned First Information Report. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material on record. 3. After some length of argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prayed leave to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to take appropriate alternative legal remedy under the law. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection from the learned counsel a
