The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 04.10.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 370 of 2025, under Sections 197(2) BNS and section 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District - Basti and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that all alleged offences are punishable with imprisonment upto seven years, therefore the police authorities are bound to follow the procedure laid down under Section 35(3) BNSS (41-A Cr.P.C). It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case
