This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26.09.2025 registered as Case Crime No.603 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Mathura, and a direction to the respondent authorities not to harass the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned first information report. 3.
