The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 25.06.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 0289 of 2025, under Sections 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi with a further not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the impugned FIR. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that from a plain reading of the impugned FIR, no offence is made out against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the wife of petitioner no. 1 namely Smt.
